Citrus-yellow paint, Dijon-hued furniture and sunny yellow kitchen accents are cropping up in even the most well-heeled interiors today.

"Yellow brightens up any room and is on-trend now because it's a great accent colour with grey, the hottest neutral," says H&H design editor Cameron MacNeil.
